Documents are a one-off fixed price for one case. There is no subscription, and you never need to buy anything to ask for a freeze.
To keep the service fair and our costs low, each email address can start a few new traces a day. That is plenty for one case.
ChainFreeze will never ask a victim for a fee to "release" or "recover" funds. If anyone does, it is a scam: see fake recovery services.
